Project Overview
Casa Serena Holiday Homes is a short-term rental company run by a German interior designer. The project was set in the Grande Signature Residences facing the Burj Khalifa, one of the most prestigious addresses in Dubai. The client owned four premium apartments (10 bedrooms in total) and needed complete furnishing solutions from a trusted Dubai furniture manufacturing company.
The requirement included:

10 custom beds (with 6 featuring wall panel headboards and LED lighting)

20 bedside tables

10 bespoke ottomans (fabric matched with headboards)

6 dresser-cum-desks (with recessed sockets and extended length to fit a piano)
The main challenge:
To create a unique bespoke furniture design that avoids the typical “cookie-cutter” rental packages dominating the Dubai market, while still staying budget-friendly.
