Delivery and Shipping

We strive to deliver your product as swiftly as possible while ensuring the highest standards of quality. As all our furniture are made-to-order and handcrafted with care and attention, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. Should your order be ready sooner, we will notify you immediately. Please note that our delivery time frame excludes public holidays and weekends.

Note: Sundays and holidays are not included. Production timeline is subject to current workload and fabric availability. Please reach out to our team if you would like to check current timelines or for further information.

Delivery Fees:

Dubai: AED 120 flat fee for furniture delivery.
Other Emirates: AED 300 flat fee.

We will contact you at least two days in advance to schedule your delivery and agree on a 3-5 hour window during which your items will be delivered and installed. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government regulations, including enforced mourning periods or public holidays. At the moment we do not have any standardized international shipping means. For international shipping details please contact us directly at info@designerspace.net for any inquiries and details.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure you have obtained any necessary approvals or permits for the delivery of your pieces.
• Verify that the space for delivery is adequate, including ensuring that the product will fit through all necessary doors and lifts.
• Our team will not be responsible for transporting products via stairs if they do not fit within the lift. For any concerns about size adjustments, please contact us.
