1. Production & Delivery Timeline

• Standard production and delivery timeframe: 3–4 weeks (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  

• We’ll alert you if your order is ready sooner or if any delays occur due to workload or material availability.
  

2. Shipping Locations & Fees

• Free delivery for orders over 1,000 AED, a charge of 25 AED will apply for orders below 1,000 AED.

• International Shipping: Available upon request—please contact us for quotes and arrangements.

3. Scheduling

• You’ll be contacted prior to delivery to confirm a preferred 3–5 hour window.
  

4. Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure your address is accessible—measure doorways, elevators, and stairways. We are not responsible for handling stairs if elevators are unavailable or spaces are restrictive.
  

5. Delivery Delays

• We strive for timely delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as public holidays, mourning periods, or governmental restrictions.
  

6. Installation

• Delivery includes positioning and minor installation. Any major assemblies or modifications may incur extra charges.
